Amazon is offering deals on PlayStation Plus 12-Month memberships for both customers in the UK and US, great news for anybody who owns either the PS5 or PS4 consoles. Also referred to as PS Plus, it's a great addition to any Sony console and can bring the most out of all your favourite games.

Right now the discounts only apply to 12-month subscriptions, but it's a significant enough bargain that those who love gaming should be paying close attention. While discounts differ in each region, we've listed them both below for you to check out.

For clarification, PlayStation Plus is a membership subscription service that allows owners of either console to play multiplayer games. More specifically, many PlayStation games have their multiplayer sections locked off (assuming they have multiplayer) until you get PlayStation Plus and a stable internet connection.

There's further benefits too: PlayStation offers monthly free games to Plus members, discounts on many titles when you buy through the online store, and those on the PS5 will have access to the PlayStation Plus Collection, multiple major games which you can add to your console library for free, including Batman: Arkham Knight, God of War, The Last of Us Remastered and Bloodborne. If you got the newest generation of consoles and were looking to fill it out with some old classics, you're more than sorted.
