Temtem Early Access for PS5 starts December 8

Pokemon-like massively-multiplayer game Temtem will go into early access on PS5 this December.

Slated for its console debut on PS5, Crema will release Temtem in early access form first before the game arrives properly on the console in 2021.

PS5 users will be able to try four out of six planned islands and find over 100 creatures in the campaign. This journey will span more than 30 hours.

The game will feature crossplay between the PS5 and PC communities, and the whole campaign is playable in co-op.

This will be the game's console debut, but it is also coming to PS4, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S.

You can pre-order Temtem today at a discounted price and receive an exclusive in-game title, and PSN avatars. With each major Island update, the base price will increase.

After full release, Temtem will flatten out at $44.99/€37.99 for standard and $64.99/ €54.99 for the deluxe edition So, the earlier you buy, the cheaper the game will be.

For those unacquainted with Temtem, it's similar to Pokemon in that you are tasked with catching a variety of unique monsters in order to make them fight each other.

At present, it is only available on PC, but that will change soon.
