Ghost of Tsushima will run up to 60fps on PS5 using Game Boost

Ghost of Tsushima will make use of PS5's Game Boost functionality when the console comes out in November.

Thanks to Game Boost, Ghost of Tsushima will run up to 60 frames per second on PS5.

When booting up the game, players will see and an extra option to allow 60fps. Loading speeds will also increase.

The game will be one of the 4,000 PS4 games playable on PS5 on day one via backward compatibility. You will also be able to transfer your save from PS4 to pick up where you left off.

Next week on October 16, Ghost of Tsushima players will be able to pick up the Legends update to the game. Announced earlier this year, Legends arrives alongside version 1.1 and introduces new features.

It includes a new co-op multiplayer mode inspired by Japanese mythology, New Game+ for the single-player campaign and a new Charm that allows you to pet dogs and turn them into allies. The same charm allows you to pet the spirit dogs.

There’s also a raid, coming at some point after Legends’ release
