We chatted with Dave Miotke about The Sims Spark'd (and more)

We sat down (virtually) with Dave Miotke, AKA Sim Guru Ninja to talk about the future of Spark'd, the new game pack leak, the Sims 5, and much much more in this Sims 4 interview.

< --!more-->

The Sims 4 is six years old, The Sims is over 20 years old, and there's a new Sims reality TV show out in the wild, so it seems as good a time as any to chat about all things Sims.

Of course, Sim Guru Ninja can't go into too much detail about the new Sims 4 game pack leak, nor The Sims 5 (if it even exists), but we do chat about our favourite Sims games, from The Sims Urbz to My Sims, and everything in between. If The Sims Urbz: Sims In The City isn't your favourite Sims game, then you're wrong.

We also talk about the lack of disabilities in The Sims 4. Disabilities are one of the many things the community has been asking for - you're meant to be able to see yourself in the Sims 4, and if you're disabled, you're not able to do that without Sims 4 disability mods. Even then it's only available to those with computers powerful enough to use mods, and not even a possibility for Sims 4 console players.

We've recently covered The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle, and also put together a building tips guide to help you create much more interesting builds in the sandbox that is The Sims 4.

The main focus of the Q&A is the new Sims reality TV show, Spark'd. Where we talk about the future of the show, where it lies in the wider world of eSports, and what the shows aims were. You can watch the whole thing below.
