Godfall will not have microtransactions, video introduces Hinterclaw

Here's a new look at Godfall along with the character Hinterclaw, and in the video, you also find out more about the game.

The video from Arekkz features and interview with Godfall's technical producer Richard Heyne, who confirms the game will not feature any microtransactions.

It is also full of details such as how loot will work, how it is not a games as a service title, player and playstyle customization, weapon classes, solo and co-op play, and how the game compared to other loot-driven titles.

As far as the character Hinterclaw is concerned, the Valorplate focuses on Critical Strikes, and when it activates its Archon ability, it will create two copies of itself. This gives you summons to fight alongside ofyou.

The fantasy “looter-slasher” is in development at Counterplay Games and coming to you courtesy of Gearbox Publishing.

It's essentially a fantasy action-RPG featuring third-person melee combat. In it, you will be looking for loot, food, acquiring legendary armor, and trying to defeat bosses which will drop lootable items.

The game can be played solo, duo, or in three-player co-op.

Godfall is coming to PC and PS5 this holiday.
