Limited Edition Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One controller ad has a brief look at Johnny Silverhand in concert

Someone upscaled that Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox controller trailer.

Microsoft went all out promoting the limited edition Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X console, and its associated controller.

On top of its unique design, the console also hides a message that can only be revealed with UV light. Though the control has no such hidden message, Microsoft dropped a separate trailer for it on Friday.

The trailer shows a glimpse of a Samurai concert, featuring Johnny Silverhand and co entertaining a crowd in a downtown arena. This is a fresh look at Johnny Silverhand, but the trailer is stylised enough that it may not be entirely gameplay footage.

Unfortunately, because of Twitter's poor video quality, it was hard to make out all the details in the video. Reddit user Checkingismypriority upscaled the trailer to 1080p, and improved the lighting a bit.

The end result is a sharper, clearer image of the gameplay segment in the original ad. Check it out below:

Developer CD Projekt Red recently opened up about a number of details, confirming that melee combat has been overhauled since the original showing, and revealing that Cyberpunk 2077 has over 1,000 NPCs with unique daily routines.

The game launches September 17.
