Streets of Rage 4 has a release date and will include a PvP Battle Mode

Streets of Rage 4 has a release date, and today, the developers announced it will include a PvP Battle Mode.

Those looking forward to Streets of Rage 4 will be able to pick the game up on April 30, the developers announced today.

Alongside the release date, a PvP Battle Mode was also announced for the game.

In it, you will be able to select a character and brawl with 1-3 others across several modes.

As shown in the trailer above, you can try out Battle Mode with SoR4 characters or pick from the complete roster of twelve retro characters once they are unlocked.

Upon release, you can also expect the game to contain music from Streets of Rage 1 and 2, 17 playable characters, and two-person online co-op and up to four-player offline co-op.

The game will be released for PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One and will run you $24.99.
