Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition gets a release date

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition has been given a release date.

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition is the original Xenoblade Chronicles game, released to Wii in 2010, with a new epilogue story, Xenoblade Chronicles: Future Connected.

Nintendo promises this definitive edition of the RPG also looks better and plays smoother than ever before.

According to the company, the battle HUD and menu screens are easier to read and use, and some of the music tracks have been remastered or remixed.

It is set for release on May 29.

On the same day the game releases, the Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Works Set will also launch, featuring a 250-page artbook full of landscapes, monsters and more.
