Nintendo is borrowing a page from Sony’s book when it comes to Switch firmware update notes.
The Nintendo Switch‘s latest firmware update has arrived. Version 9.2.0 is now available everywhere, though it doesn’t bring any exciting new features.
The official page on Nintendo’s support site revealed the update’s single patch note, which is surprisingly all about that stability.
“General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience,” it reads.
That’s sadly all there is to it, which is disappointing for those hoping Nintendo would drop a big surprise to celebrate the console’s third anniversary.
As always, your Switch console should grab the update automatically, but you can force it by heading to Settings > System and clicking System Update at the top.
