Call of Duty: Modern Warfare patch fixes bug allowing players to use unearned attachments

A small patch has been released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare which fixes a couple of bugs and an exploit.

Infinity Ward released a small update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare yesterday, and it fixes a bug that allowed players to use attachments they hadn't yet earned.

The update also patched an exploit on various maps and modes and squashed a bug that left a player's CDL filter active after joining a party without CDL filters.

Some backend fixes were also applied.

Season Two for the game recently kicked off with the return of Rust from Modern Warfare 2, and the Zhokov Boneyard ground war map.

Players that own the Season Two Battle Pass are also instantly rewarded with an unlock for Special Forces Operator Simon “Ghost” Riley, who is playable across all multiplayer and Special Ops modes.

Also, just this week the game's battle royale mode Warzone leaked. The leaks for the rumored battle royale didn't stop with just the name: the full mappromo art but the information on Supply Station, Plunder, killstreaks, loadouts and respawn mechanic also leaked.
