You can save $10 on Resident Evil 3 right now at Amazon US

We’re still a couple of months from launch, but Amazon US has already cut $10 off the price of Resident Evil 3 on PS4 and Xbox One.

The upcoming remake of the PS1 survival horror classic has been sitting at the usual $60 from most retailers since it was announced. Both console versions are now on offer at Amazon US for $49.94. It seems Walmart has followed suit, too!

After the roaring success of the Resident Evil 2 remake, it seemed the third entry in the survival horror series was also set to get the same treatment. After a couple of leaks, it was confirmed during a State of Play update in December along with the upcoming 4v1 multiplayer mode Resistance.

It’s not the first time Amazon has slashed $10 or more off an upcoming release – and it seems to be a more regular occurrence nowadays.

In fact, right now, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield are both down to $49. A little while before that you could also get the Final Fantasy 7 remake for $42. The Deluxe Edition had also been given a pre-launch discount.

The good news is that anyone who has already pre-ordered the game from Amazon will also pay the new low price. If you haven’t yet and want to take advantage of the price cut, make sure you do before it goes back up to $60 – whenever that may be!
