You can save $20 off the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller right now

There’s $20 off Microsoft’s fancy Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller right now over at Amazon US.

With that discount, you can get the Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller for $159.99.

Coming in at nearly $180 at full price a $20 saving isn’t particularly massive, then, but it’s money off all the same. The one caveat: you need to be an Amazon Prime member to get the discount.

It’s no massive issue if you’ve never signed up for it before, though, as you can simply activate your 30-day free trial to Amazon Prime and then cancel immediately after.

As you probably know, the Elite Series 2 is the second iteration of Microsoft’s high-end Xbox controller. Features include adjustable-tension thumbsticks, shorter hair trigger locks, 40-hour battery life and a wrap-around rubberized grip. You can also set up to three different controller profiles to ensure it handles exactly how you want across different games or users.

Of course, it comes with the basics you’d expect such as Bluetooth support across Xbox consoles and PC – including the upcoming Xbox Series X!

A considerable purchase, then, but one made slightly easier by this offer. I’m not sure how long it’s going to be around for, though, so snatch one up quickly if you’re tempted.
