Hellbound is a '90s throwback inspired by shooters such as Doom and you can play the demo

If you're looking for a '90s shooter throwback, maybe you should give Hellbound a try.

Hellbound, the fps inspired by shooter classics such as Doom, Quake, Duke Nukem 3D, Blood, and others, has a demo available.

According to the developers, Argentina-based Saibot Studios, you play as a "huge-ass mother-f*cker" who is killing demons in Hell.

Going by the trailer, it definitely has a Doom vibe to it, and you'll notice a tongue-in-cheek comment regarding Doom Eternal's delay.

The studio took the game to Kickstarter in 2018 and it was successfully funded.

The release is listed as 2019. Head over to Steam and give the demo a try.
