Pokemon fans beware - Sword and Shield leaks are now out in full force
The latest entry in the Pokemon series is just a few weeks from release, and you know what that means: the Pokemon Sword and Shield leak dodging has begun.
Some copies of the latest pair of games in the Pokemon series have made their way into the wild, and as always the industrious fans of the series are playing the game to discover its secrets while also ripping the game open in order to scour through its data to find out what's changed, what's new and what's outright missing. Basically, the Pokemon Sword and Shield leaks barrage has begun. It's less a leak and more a full-on Hydro Pump blast at this stage.
For those who want to go into Sword and Shield without any spoilers, now begins the hardest period: you might want to go into blackout in order to avoid having the details of the game spilled for you.
Those of you who don't mind, there's a pretty smart thread over on gaming forum ResetEra that collates the Pokemon Sword and Shield leaks into different categories, meaning if you just want to learn exactly how many species of Pokemon made it into Sword and Shield after the decision was made to cut the national Pokedex from the game, or see the all-new Galarian Pokemon, the starter Pokemon evolutions or just go the whole hog and see the full Pokedex, you can. Just use the spoilers wisely, and don't be a dick and try to spoil things for others.
