X019 tickets go on sale October 1, all ticket sales to benefit UK gaming charity SpecialEffect

Those planning to buy tickets to X019 can do so come October 1.

Originally slated to go on sale September, 24, X019 tickets will instead become available October 1.

This year, Microsoft is donating all funds from the ticket sales in the UK to gaming charity SpecialEffect. The charity creates and loans customized control set-ups to help gamers with physical disabilities.

SpecialEffect just happened to play a part in the Xbox Adaptive Controller's creation. It allows users to plug in switches and devices they already own, providing them with additional customization and accessibility options. The charity has also developed a software called EyeMine to allow people to play Minecraft using just their eyes. You can see this for yourself in the video below.

Tickets to attend the Xbox show will run you £19.99 each, and can be purchased via the official X019 event website.

Held last year in Mexico City, X019 takes place November 14-16 at The Copperbox Arena in London.
