Fortnite: Touch a giant glowing cube, enter the rift above Loot Lake and search a landing pod within a meteor

It’s time for another Fortnite weekly challenge and this time you’re visiting various points of interest around the map to get your Battle Stars.

As part of the Meteoric Rise challenges, you’ll need to touch mini Kevin the Cube and visit some Rift Zones to get your Battle Stars.

Fortnite: Touch a giant glowing cube, enter the rift above Loot Lake and search a landing pad within a meteor

There are three areas to visit for this challenge: the floating island with Kevin the Cube, the landing pod in the meteor and the rift above Loot Lake.

The location of the floating island changes frequently, but you’ll be able to see it on your map. You can either land on it, jump off and gravitate towards Kevin the Cube or stand beneath the island and float upwards. When you bash off of the cube you’ll see a purple crackle and it’ll bounce you away.

The best way to land on the meteor is by jumping out of the Battle Bus and landing on it, but this area will get busy pretty quickly. There’s a little cave entrance at the front of the meteor, so go inside and search the landing pod.

For the rift at Loot Lake, drop into it and you’ll reappear in the sky and can quickly get to a safe location.

We have a couple of other pages to help with this week’s set of Fortnite challenges. Here’s what you need to do to mark a chest, a shield item and a healing item in a single match.

And here’s where you need to go to land on top of a floating island and a meteor.
