Metal Wolf Chaos XD reviews round-up, all the scores

Metal Wolf Chaos gets an official release in the West for the first time, and it's looking better than ever.

Metal Wolf Chaos XD is a remaster of a little known FromSoftware game. Originally released in Japan for the original Xbox, Metal Wolf Chaos is an action take on the style of mech games FromSoftware used to make before Souls.

Metal Wolf Chaos' premise is utterly ridiculous, however, which is why it's bizarre that it took this long for it to be available outside Japan. The game is set in a future where the US President must get into a mech suit to fight a military coup lead by the Vice President.

You need only watch the recent story trailer to appreciate how incredibly dumb (in a good way) the setup is. Metal Wolf Chaos XD brings an upgraded save system, enhanced textures, and support for 4K and ultra-wide resolutions.
