To get started with your search, you don't need to equip anything special this time around, just jump onto the Battle Bus and into a match.
Next, as the Battle Bus flies over Neo Titled skydive off and look for the building in the central north of Neo Tilted. It's the one with the rotating Peely advertising board on the top:
On the northern side of the highest building is a window that you can glide through. The Fortbyte will be just on your right.
