P-Studio debuted the first English-voiced trailer for Persona V Royal today showing off new cutscenes, locations, and abilities, as well as a new playable character.

The trailer introduces us to the latest addition to the Phantom Thieves, Kasumi Yoshizawa, voiced by Laura Post (Kingdom Hearts III, Octopath Traveler, State of Decay 2). Billy Kametz (Boruto, Marvel Avengers Academy) joins Royal’s cast as well, acting as Shujin Academy’s counselor and new confidant, Takuto Maruki.

Alongside new characters, the trailer spotlights a new location players will explore called Kichijoji, and there are even glimpses of a new palace, too.

There’s no release date yet, but Persona 5 Royal is confirmed to launch in 2020 exclusively for PS4.
