At MomoCon 2019 over the weekend, Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes developer Grasshopper Manufacture has announced that the game is coming to PC (Steam), and PS4.

Up until that moment, fans believed Travis Strikes Again to be a Nintendo Switch exclusive, given series history on Nintendo platforms. It now appears the exclusivity was timed, and not permanent.
Marvelous Games, the game’s publisher, promised to share more details soon.
