Westworld mobile game pulled from sale, will shutdown in April

Behaviour Interactive's mobile game based on the Westworld property has been taken off the App Store and Google Play.

The makers of the Westworld mobile game, Behaviour Interactive, announced today it had pulled the game off stores and will be shutting the servers down in April.

Those who own the title can continue to play the game, and spend any remaining currency purchased, until April 16 (thanks, Massively OP).

A full statement regarding the game's fate was posted on Twitter.

Behaviour Interactive was hired by Bethesda in 2014 to work on Fallout Shelter.

When the studio released the Warner-published Westworld, Bethesda noticed obvious similarities between Fallout Shelter and the game's art, design, and gameplay. The kicker: coding bugs in Fallout Shelter were replicated in Westworld.

Bethesda and Warner settled the lawsuit for an undisclosed sum.
