Metro Exodus’ release date has been brought forward.

4A Games, and Deep Silver have today announced that Metro Exodus has gone gold. That’s not all, the pair also revealed that the previously announced February 22 release date has changed.

Metro Exodus will now launch on February 15 – a week early, on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. To celebrate, the developer has released the game’s opening cinematic for all to watch.

This is a CG, trailer-style title sequence. Created by Elastic – whose other work includes Game of Thrones, and Westworld – the trailer features original music by series composer Alexey Omelchuk. You can catch it below.
