15% of 55 million active Pokemon Go players want to play Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee

Analysts have done a bit of math and found 15% of Pokemon Go players intend to purchase either Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu or Let's Go Eevee.

Research conducted by EEDAR for a forthcoming mobile report has found out of all current Pokemon Go players, 15% plan to purchase and play Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu or Let's Go Eevee.

The report cited by NPD states 24% of Pokemon Go players are active Switch players and 65% of this player base plans to purchase the Let's Go title.

Additionally, the report states over 13% of Pokemon Go players who do not currently play games on Switch intend to purchase and play Pokemon: Let’s Go. This means quite a large number of Pokemon Go players plan to purchase a Switch console just to play Pokemon: Let's Go.

While the percentages appear small, one has to take into account over 55 million people in the US alone have played Pokemon Go, and 60% are still active players.

Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee are now available on Switch. If you're just picking the game up, here you will find plenty of guide pages to help get you started.
