Trials Rising release date announced with a closed beta next month

Trials Rising closed beta is skipping the Nintendo Switch.

Ubisoft has announced that Trials Rising will be launching on February 12, 2019, with a PC, PS4, and Xbox One closed beta set for September 13 - 16.

Pre-orders for the game are live now, with a Standard and Gold Edition available. Players who order in advance will receive two rider packs, each containing six customisation items. The Jungle Rider Pack lets you kit your rider out in a gorilla suit, while the Wild West Rider Pack lets you dress them up in snazzy cowboy gear.

The Gold Edition includes the expansion pass, giving you access to two major DLCs, additional motorbikes and tracks, and a 16-page sticker art book, over on Amazon UK.

Trials Rising was unveiled at Ubisoft's E3 2018 press conference, and promises the largest map selection of the series so far, as well as an expanded Track Editor with a broader range of customisation tools.

Ubisot also detailed the game's worldwide tour that lets players scale monuments like the Eiffel Tower and the Great Wall of China on their bikes.

Stadium Finals events will spice up things up for those of you looking for a challenge. Players will face off in a three-heat showdown against seven competitors, with the group of competitors getting smaller at the outset of every round, until a single winner remains.

Trials Rising launches on February 12, 2019 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. You can sign up for next month's closed beta right here.
