Gone Home will be released for Switch next week [UPDATE]

Gone Home, the first-person, exploration game from The Fullbright Company, will release on Switch in early September.

Update

It looks as though Gone Home will be delayed a bit on Switch - but not by much. Instead of releasing on the eShop today as planned, it will instead arrive on September 6 in North America and Europe.

Again, not a massive delay, just a couple of weeks

Original post follows.

Orignal

The Fullbright Company and Annapurna Interactive provided a release date for Gone Home today alongside an announcement trailer.

Originally released in 2013 for PC, Gone Home tells the story of the Greenbriar family via the perspective of their daughter who finds her family missing after returning from a year away overseas.

Players will search the manor house for clues as to what happened.

Gone Home was at one time set to arrive on Wii U, but the release never came to fruition. Three years after the initial release, it did, however, release for PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
