Rockstar releases new music video, shot entirely in GTA 5

To celebrate After Hours, Rockstar Games and Solomun have partnered to create a music video created within GTA 5.

GTA Online recently launched its After Hours update, introducing player-owned nightclubs to an already impressive feature list. Rockstar Games decided to mark the occasion by directing a brand-new music video from the musician Solomun - all rendered in-game.

Solomun is one of four musicians who can perform in your After Hours nightclub, so a music video seems like an ideal promotional item. The song, "Customer Is King", is the first time a real-world musician has debuted their work within GTA 5.

While there are no lyrics, Customer Is King does tell a story. It follows Solomun as makes deliveries across Los Santos, and desperately tries to avoid the constant robberies and chaos of the city. New scenes were created specifically for this video, but fans should be able to spot a few easter eggs if they're watching closely.

If this music video does well, perhaps we'll see a Red Dead Redemption 2 country musical next?
