Destiny 2 is free to play this weekend on PC through Sunday.

The free weekend is underway for Destiny 2 on PC through Battle.net.

We're a day late with this, so hopefully you heard about the free weekend already. If not, you still have time to download the game and play it before it ends on Sunday, July 8 at 1pm ET, 6pm BST.

During the weekend, the entire Destiny 2 game will be open to all. This includes everything available in-game, including the Curse of Osiris and Warmind expansions.

Those who wish to continue their space adventures will find all progress and gear earned will transfer upon purchase.

During the free weekend, it is also on sale for $38.99 or the regional equivalent (thanks, Massively). The price includes the base game, plus the first two expansions, providing ample time to level up before Forsaken releases in September.

Free weekends were recently held for Xbox One and PS4 users.
