Fortnite: Search Chests in Moisty Mire - Chest spawn locations

Deep in the marshes of Fortnite's Moisty Mire lies golden treasure just waiting to be looted. We’ve tracked down every possible chest spawn location in the area to help you search chests in Moisty Mire.

You have to search chests in Moisty Mire for one of this week’s challenges, so memorise a few of the locations to get the drop on your opponents.

Unfortunately, the unnamed prison area to the northwest of Moisty Mire doesn’t count towards chest challenge progress - you’ll have to stick to the locations below.

Search chests in Moisty Mire - chest spawn locations:

There are 16 chest spawn locations in the Moisty Mire that are confirmed to count towards challenge progress.

Western film set area

On the northwestern tip of the film set, there’s a chance for a chest to spawn inside the metal container.
On the northern edge of the western film set area, you can find a chest in the wooden building at the top of the treehouse.
Southwest of that last chest, in the same wooden structure, there is a chest spawn on the table in the large room.
In the centre of the western film set area, at ground level, you can find a chest spawn at the base of the large tree.
You can find another chest spawn in the southwest of the area, on top of a fridge in what looks like a wooden kitchen.
On the southern edge of this area, there’s another container with a chest spawn inside.
In the pool to the east of this area, you can find a chest spawn in the small boat.

Eastern film set area

On the eastern side of the area, behind the film set wall, you’ll find a chest spawn on the wooden structure.
In the centre of this part of the film set, there’s a chest spawn on the raised platform at the base of the tree.
On the western side of the set, you’ll find another chest spawn on top of the scissor elevator platform.

Southern area:

To the southeast of the film set, there is a structure with wooden stairs that go down into the ground. There’s a chest spawn underneath these stairs.

Northern area:

To the northeast of the film set, you’ll find an overturned ice cream truck in some water. There’s a chance a chest will appear on top of it.
Further to the north of the overturned icecream truck, there’s a huge tree in the middle of some water. There’s a chance for chests to spawn on the eastern, southwestern and northwestern sides of the tree.
Northeast of that massive tree, you’ll find another chest spawn at the base of another large tree.
