Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has been added to the Xbox One backward compatibility library.

Those itching to play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 who traded up to Xbox One can now play the game on the new console.

Modern Warfare 3 is now backward compatible on Xbox One, and is available through Games on Demand if you don't own a disc.

The game is also on sale this week for Xbox Live Gold members as part of Xbox 360 Deals with Gold.
