Another step to the puzzle of Battlefield 5 has been outed

The official Battlefield account has been teasing the hell out of folks on Twitter, and it's all leading up to the reveal of Battlefield 5.

Battlefield 5 is out this year, and it seems we'll get our first look at the game on May 23, according to teases and an interesting Easter Egg.

The latest tease was posted by DICE on the official Battlefield Twitter account, where the studio tweeted a string of Morse code, which translates as:

Good work, but this is just the beginning. The Battlefield will never be the same.

If this keeps up, there may be even more for the Battlefield community to discover as the reveal date looms.

Rumors and purported leaks over the past few months suggest Battlefield 2018 is set during World War 2 , and that it will be titled Battlefield V.

It's been said the game could feature a battle royale mode, but until DICE confirms it, all of this should be taken for what it is - a rumor.

EA said during its latest call to investors, the game will feature a new mode that’s "unique and brings new challenges," contain multiple maps and modes for multiplayer, and a single-player campaign.

It will also feature ongoing services beginning from launch like Battlefield 1.

We'll all find out for sure on May 23, so mark your calendar.
