Geralt of Rivia, The Witcher series’ main protagonist and all-around nice guy, is coming to Soulcalibur 6.
Following a couple of teasers from CD Projekt RED, Namco has now confirmed what everyone guessed the moment the teaser dropped, that The Witcher’s Geralt of Rivia will be part of Soulcalibur 6’s roster.
Dressed in his default Witcher 3 armour, and voiced by longtime voice actor Doug Cockle, this iteration of Geralt also uses his two signature swords, the various enhancement potions, and even the Witcher Signs.
Like we guessed after this morning’s not-so-subtle tweet, Kaer Morhen keep will also be one of Soulcalibur 6’s stages.
Hunt or be Hunted from The Witcher 3’s soundtrack is Geralt’s theme in the game, just in case you thought they’d miss anything. Though we do hope he’s only going to use his silver sword for monsters.
He looks pretty good, and fits right in with the rest of the cast as you’re about to see.
Soulcalibur 6 is out later this year on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
