Here's over 20 minutes of single-player gameplay from State of Decay 2
When you're not managing the needs of your ever-expanding community in State of Decay 2, you'll be going out to scavenge and kill.
State of Decay 2, like its predecessor, can be played completely solo. As you go out to look for food and other useful items to scavenge and survivors to recruit, you'll be faced with hordes of undead waiting in ambush.
That's pretty much the setup, and in new gameplay footage, we get to watch 22 minutes of scavenging, zombie slaying, and a little bit of base defence. The general flow and even some of the UI elements should be familiar to fans of the original.
Everything has gotten a facelift, however, including attack and running animations, and the ever-complex management tools. The video only features a brief look at this part of the game, so we hope to see what changes Undead Labs made to it in future videos.
