Doom gets November release date on Nintendo Switch

The Nintendo Switch version of Doom has been given a release date.

After teasing a holiday release for some time, Bethesda has now confirmed that Doom launches November 10 on Nintendo Switch.

The news was revealed in a new developer diary released earlier today. In it, creative director Hugo Martin, and executive producer Marty Stratton talk about what's different about the switch version, and reiterate that all content - excluding SnapMap - is coming to the Switch version.

It was previously revealed that multiplayer will come as part of a separate download at launch. The Switch port was developed by Panic Button, and the developer diary below sheds a bit more light into how the teams ensured it looks and runs great.
