Sony's bringing back its translucent controller series with three Crystal DualShock 4 colors

Looking for something a bit more snazzy than the stock DualShock 4 controller? You're in luck.

Sony announced it's bring back its translucent DualShock 4 controllers with three color choices.

Dubbed the Crystal line, the PlayStation 4 controllers come in a standard crystal along with blue and red options.

In North America, the translucent controller series will be available later this month as retailer exclusives. Crystal at GameStop and EB games in Canada, Blue Crystal at Walmart and Red Crystal at Best Buy.

The controllers will arrive in European stores on October 17, but the Red Crystal and Blue Crystal will not be made available in the UK. Those who live in the region will have to order them elsewhere.

Pricing for the European region wasn't provided, but in the US, they will run you $64.99. Best Buy has the Red Crystal controller listed for a September 25 release on its website and GameStop has the Blue Crystal listed for September 30.

Sony also didn't specify whether the colors would be retail exclusives in the European region, as they are in the US and Canada.
