PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds gets new patch

There's a pretty small, new PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds patch out now.

The update comes a day after developer Bluehole announced that weekly and monthly patches are no longer guaranteed, meaning updates will release when they're ready.

Earlier today, the developer pushed an update to the live game without performing server maintenance. The 140MB update brought a few bug fixes, but nothing too major.

Here are all the fixes and changes:

  • Partially fixed client crash
  • Fixed marker graphics bug on the World map
  • Fixed miscellaneous bugs with team game reconnect feature
  • Fixed a bug that caused a player to exit a vehicle when they pressed 'F' to cancel using an energy drink

Battlegrounds recently reached over seven million units in sales. The game's concurrent player numbers on Steam are steadily growing, too, as it now occupies the second slot with over 600,000 players.
