Dataminers dig up more references to Overwatch Summer Games event

It's looking more and more likely that Doomfist's arrival in Overwatch later this week will also be the start of this year's Summer Games.

About two weeks ago, Overwatch fans found references to Doomfist skins and voice lines that all appeared to be summer-themed.

Seeing as Blizzard has yet to announce any details about this year's Summer Games, this was the first major hint that one is in the works. Today, another round of voice lines were dug up by Redditor pyth0nix.

The first one sounds a lot like the countdown music for the Summer Brawl.

This one is a little more mysterious, though the dataminer suggested it could be loading screen music for the same Brawl.

Best case, there's going to be a Doomfist-themed Brawl that launches alongside the hero on July 27. Worst case, Lucioball will return and some heroes will get Summer Games skins.

Last year's event kind of dropped without too much buildup, so it's possible this year's Summer Games will too.
