Wipeout Omega Collection is the best 4K 60fps game on PS4 Pro - report
The Wipeout Omega Collection delivers near perfect utilisation of PS4 Pro's power, according to a new report.
The Wipeout Omega Collection was recently released to a decent critical reception, but things look even more impressive when you examine its technical side.
Digital Foundry has and it came away very impressed, particularly where the PS4 Pro is concerned. The tech outlet called it the best ultra HD 60fps game available to Pro owners.
PS4 Pro gets two modes to choose from, one with motion blur enabled, and another without. With motion blur enabled you get a checkerboard 2160p resolution with a locked 60fps. With it off, the presentation goes up a notch with native 4K, AA, and still achieves a locked 60fps.
The report added that there's more to the Omega Collection than resolution upgrades. More effects, native HDR support, and a revamp of some assets reveal the very good treatment of classic games in the collection.
