New trailer for Agents of Mayhem not as good as the last one but still feels very Saints Row, in a positive way

Agents of Mayhem isn't making waves but if you enjoy Volition's brand of humour it's time to tune in.

Agents of Mayhem has spawned another trailer.

A new IP only vaguely connected to Saints Row, Agents of Mayhem blends that franchise's over the top action with the aesthetics of a Saturday morning cartoon series. Players choose freely from a roster of characters and bring a squad of three into missions and quests, switching between them as they will.

We've played Agents of Mayhem and found it pretty good, but it doesn't seem to be generating hype except among the Saints Row faithful. Agents of Mayhem releases in August for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, and we've got the powerful distraction of E3 2017 between now and then, so it's no wonder Deep Silver is getting trigger happy with the marketing materials.

If you'd like to see more, maybe check out the Agents of Mayhem announcement cinematic, the first proper onscreen Agents of Mayhem gameplay reveal or a recent introduction to Hollywood, Hardtack and Fortune, the first three Agents of Mayhem characters to be profiled.

Anyway, new Agents of Mayhem trailer available above. I'm not sure it's as good as the last couple - nobody drives a car through a building shouting "ahoy motherf**kers" - but it has been presented for your viewing pleasure and our compact is now sealed.
