Tickets to watch the PlayStation E3 Experience in theaters are now available

Those unable to attend E3 2017 and want to watch the Sony presentation on the big screen can now grab tickets. And they are free, like the past three years.

The big screen presentation will take place Monday, June 12 in over 85 theaters across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

This is the fourth year Sony has broadcasted its E3 Press Conference live in theaters across North America, and attendees will be handed a "digital gift basket" of goodies from the PlayStation Store, a poster and #76 from the PlayStation Collectible Card series just for showing up.

A list of participating theaters can be found through the US PS Blog.

You can grab tickets through the PlayStation E3 Experience website. To register for a ticket, you will need to create a free Gofobo account. Tickets will be sent to the email address used to create the account.

Attendees who have registered for a ticket will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis until the theater reaches capacity, so arrive early because receiving a ticket does not guarantee a seat. Also, you must be 17 or older to attend and you will be carded.

If you miss out on getting tickets, you can always watch the Sony E3 2017 presentation at home via livestream.

E3 2017 takes place June 13-15, with Sony and Ubisoft hosting conferences on Monday. Bethesda, EA and Microsoft will host presentations the weekend before it officially kicks off.
