Overwatch Anniversary skins: take a peek at new looks for Bastion, Pharah, Soldier 76 and Zarya

Overwatch fans can pick up some colourful new skins during the Anniversary event.

Overwatch is having a birthday this month and we're all going to get presents.

The Overwatch Anniversary event starts next week, and we're all super looking forward to seeing what new skins, emotes and other cosmetics will be available.

As spotted and screencapped by Kotaku, the Chinese Overwatch Facebook page has shared images of four Overwatch Anniversary skins - one each for Bastion, Pharah, Soldier 76 and Zarya. Take a look in the video post embedded above.

Since official accounts are talking about it, maybe Blizzard could do us a solid and just tell us what's in the event loot boxes this time...? Probably, not, hey. Well, anyway, it'll probably leak - just like the Overwatch Anniversary event and Game of the Year Edition did.

Thanks to the afore-mentioned link, we know there are at least five new skins coming with the Overwatch Anniversary event. The leak called them "origins", so it looks like these new skins relate to the backstories of our heroes. Who will the fifth one be? Will there be more than five?

The good news for Overwatch skin collectors is that when the Anniversary patch drops, standard Overwatch loot boxes will get a refresh, too.

Overwatch anniversary also adds three new maps, by the way.

See you in Overwatch next week, champs. We have some skins to earn.
