In the video above you'll get advice from Arekkz on ways to avoid being hit, the various weapons Link will use in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and how to distract or cause damage to enemies before close quarter engagement.

Flurry Rush is one move Link can use in combat which slows down time a bit, allowing him to flip out of the way in either direction. Of course, as with all Zelda games, his shield is also a handy defensive item to have around.

You can use various objects in the environment to distract enemies, but this will only work for a short period of time. There are also well-place barrels around, which can be used to the player's advantage.

We won't post everything regarding combat shown in the video, as you may want to go into this latest Zelda fresh. That said, Arekkz didn't post any massive spoilers, so it's rather safe if you want to give it a watch anyway.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be released on March 3 as a launch title for Nintendo Switch. Need to know more about the latest system from Nintendo? Everything you need to know can be found through here.
