SEGA was set to make the official announcement for Bayonetta once the timer on the teaser site ended, but information leaked out a bit early, according to Siliconera.

The publisher teased the PC version of the game on April Fool's Day with a free Steam title called 8-bit Bayonetta. Achievements for the game contained clues to a teaser site with a countdown pointing at and April 11 reveal.

Those who purchase the Platinum Games developed title on Steam will be handed the Digital Deluxe Edition for no additional cost until April 25.

It comes with a five-song soundtrack sampler, digital artbook, wallpapers and avatars.

Bayonetta will run you $19.99 or your regional equivalent.
