Ark Park lets you encounter over 100 creatures of Ark: Survival Evolved without the inherent danger

If you have ever imagined visiting a place like Jurassic Park, but without the danger of being devoured, Ark Park may be right up your alley.

Developed by Snail Games' Peacock Studios, Ark Park is a virtual reality experience which lets you explore and encounter over 100 creatures from the world of ARK: Survival Evolved.

As you can see by the teaser video above, it doesn't look as though you'll have to worry about trying to survive like the kids in Jurassic Park, because T-Rex just wants a loving pat on the nose.

Players will start the VR title off at a visitor center surrounded by holographic dinosaurs. Here, they will learn about the creatures and have the option to explore multiple interactive attractions and ecosystems on-foot, in vehicles, and yes, on Dino-back as well.

Various creatures can be found and captured through the use of items, weapons, and puzzle-solving.

Those who play Ark: Survival Evolved will be able to bring the creatures they tamed over into the VR title.

Ark Park will be available on HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and PlayStation VR in 2017.
