GTA Online - let's find out which Import/Export super car is the fastest when fully upgraded

The most recent GTA Online DLC, Import/Export has a bigger focus than usual on cars. After all, you're encouraged to steal them as part of the new missions.
Thanks to Import/Export, there's more than a few new cars to choose from, assuming you can afford the exorbitant prices. In the video above, YouTuber Broughy1322 upgrades the new super cars and takes them to the track for a spin to see which ones come out on top.
The currently available super cars are the Pegassi Tempesta, and the Ocelot Penetrator. The Tempesta is the best of the two, and 3rd best overall in speed with a 1:01.2 lap time. Broughy1322 notes that it's also recommended for new players, or those not yet experienced with the game's driving model.
It's not too expensive, but it's definitely one of the most accessible in the game so far. As for the Penetrator, it ranked 9th overall with a 1:02.5 lap time. The Penetrator is only .02 seconds off the top-tier pace set by the RE-7B, and only slightly slower than the T20 and the Osiris.
