The Last Guardian is a video game about bonding with an animal, so let's all watch some cute animals for a bit

Here's six minutes of a scientist saying animals are great, so buy The Last Guardian.

The Last Guardian is out now, but Sony's still finding new ways to sell you on it.

Yesterday it was a video about what it's like to have a real Trico. Today, it's this six minute video about real world bonds with animals.

Here's what PlayStation Australia told me about the expert featured in this promo for The Last Guardian:

Dr David Sands is a human-companion animal practitioner at the Animal Behavioural Clinic, based in the UK. The clinic specialises in the treatment of behavioural problems displayed by dogs, cats, birds, horses and even exotic species. He is an internationally established animal-related author and photographer, having also researched ‘human psychology’ and zoology.

So if he says The Last Guardian is great because of science, who are we to argue? I also think The Last Guardian is great and on balance Matt's The Last Guardian review suggests he thinks it's great, too. In general, The Last Guardian reviews seem to agree.

It's also great that I got to spend six minutes looking at cute animals. Thanks, The Last Guardian!
