Death Stranding's new trailer is already generating crazy fan theories
Break out the tin foil hats.
A second Death Stranding teaser trailer dropped at the Game Awards this week and speculation is rife as to what it all means.
Kojima encouraged fans to dig deeper into the trailer on Twitter, saying, "How did You like our new DEATH STRANDING teaser? There're various hints(misleads) hidden so pls watch it to think as many time as you want."
Reddit user constablegrimes has pointed out that if both trailers are played simultaneously, it appears that the baby from the first trailer disappears at the same moment the baby in the second trailer is revealed in its weird pod - as you can see in the tweet above.
But apparently the timing only works with certain edits - not Kojima Productions' own edits. So it probably doesn't count.
