Final Fantasy 15’s day one update added more than just food recipes.

Update: The video was taken down, so we’ve embedded the Square Enix stream archive instead.

Original story: The day one patch for Final Fantasy 15, called the Crown Update, is now available to download for anyone with an early copy.

This 8GB update brought a number of new features, changes, and fixes. Among the new additions is a move for Noctis called Shift Drop Kick, which was shown in the game’s Omen CG trailer.

During the recent Active Time Report (via Siliconera), the developers showed off how the ability has been translated into the game. You can see it in the video above, courtesy of Game Jouhou.

This new ability is now available in the game, alongside the new Wait Mode, new screen effects, food recipes and more.

Final Fantasy 15 is out tomorrow on PS4 and Xbox One.
