This is the next update planned for the title, as update 1.4 was released last week on October 25.

According to this morning's State of the Game, the development team announced its plan to run another Public Test Server to make sure all is right before the patch releases ahead of the Survival expansion.

Specifically, the PTS will focus on Enemy Armor Damage in PvP. According to Arekzz, Up until this point that state has been for PvE only, meaning if you have any of those bonuses on weapons or gear they are redundant in PvP.

The 1.5 PTS will test this to see if players enjoy it and whether it'll end up in game before Survival.

Survival is the second expansion for The Division and was originally scheduled to arrive alongside Update 1.4. It was postponed back in August to give the development team time to focus one fixing issues inherent in the game.

The third expansion, Last Stand, was expected sometime during winter 2016, but is now scheduled early 2017.
