If you've looking for better a frame-rate in Overwatch, you may want to disable this option.

Overwatch runs great on the majority of computers, but you can get it to run even better. For instance, if you have a high refresh rate monitor and want to reach much higher frame-rates than you are getting now, there is one particular setting you can disable.

Reddit user raydialseeker (via PCGamer) notes that disabling Dynamic Reflections in the game's graphics settings, should increase your frame-rate by up to 50 percent.

The option does what the name suggests: showing character reflections on reflective surfaces such as the water pools scattered around Overwatch maps. You will still see reflections when turning the option off, but they'll be limited to static - and not moving - objects, such as buildings.

It's all up to you, obviously, and you can try it for yourself to see if you notice a difference. But, as you know, a higher frame-rate usually works better if your monitor can support it.
