You have found dead Barbara.

Stranger Things is set in the 80s and everyone has been loving the retro vibe. So much so that we’ve already seen 8-bit artwork envisioning what the tie-in game might look like if it was made in the same era.

Cinefix‘s David and Henry Dutton are the most recent content creators to give Netflix’s hit series the 8-bit treatment in their latest installment of 8-bit Cinema, re-imagining popular films and TV shows as retro games.

The video touches on all of the series’ highlights and will have you itching to play the real thing. But you can’t. Because it doesn’t exit – yet.

It can’t be too long before someone actually takes it to the next level and makes a game for us all to play.

I hope so anyway.
